Consultation & Measurement
Newport's 25 years of industry experience ensures that Newport's custom built products fit your exact decorating needs. Starting with an obligation free, on-site quote and measure, Newport's trained staff make sure that the right product is selected for the right application, at the right price.
Timber
Newport shutters are constructed from first grade Western Red Cedar – chosen both for its superior stability in our changing climate – and of course its natural beauty. Alternative timbers are available on request.
Precision
Newport shutters are all constructed utilising a state-of-the-art “Biesse” Computer Numerical Control (CNC) workstation. This computer controlled system allows design accuracy to 1000th’s of a millimetre.
Assembly
Each louvre blade is painstakingly sanded by hand before being individually secured to either interior or exterior tiltrods using stainless steel staples.
Finishes
Newport shutters have a wide variety of custom surface finishes available. Their expert advice can help you make the right decision for your particular application. Finishes are handled in-house using their sealed spraybooths.
Installation
To maintain Newport's quality and ensure the right fit, every-time, Newport's own fully-trained installers are available to fit all Newport products. No outside contractors are used and you can be assured of our quality service from quoting through to the final installation.
